A unique reading experience

I ordered the romance story series a few weeks ago, and my first two letters arrived promptly. The packaging was simple but elegant, and the letters themselves felt very authentic, like something from another era. The story started a bit slow, but by the second letter, I was completely hooked. It's an interesting way to read, much different from a book or e-reader. The customer support was also responsive when I had a question about changing my genre preference, which was great. The quality of the paper and printing is good, and it feels special to get physical mail. It's a nice little treat to look forward to twice a month.

Consistent enjoyment

This is my third time subscribing to The Forever Post, and they've been consistently good. I started with the history series last year, then did romance, and now I'm on the adventure story series. Each time, the letters have arrived like clockwork, twice a month. The stories are always well-crafted, and I've never had an issue with lost mail or damaged letters. It's just a reliable, enjoyable service that makes getting mail fun again. They haven't changed much, which is good, no surprises. It's why I keep coming back.

Loved my mystery mail!

I just received my first mystery mail subscription letters and they were amazing! The story was so engaging, and the vintage style stationery was just beautiful. I already can't wait for the next installment. Will definitely be ordering more for gifts!

Good idea, minor issues

I tried the snail mail story subscription, choosing the adventure series. The concept is really neat, and receiving physical letters is a refreshing change. The stories are generally well-written and engaging. My first letter arrived a day later than the estimated delivery, which wasn't a huge deal, but still worth noting. The stationery is lovely, though I did notice a slight smudge on one of the envelopes, probably from handling. Overall, I'm enjoying the experience and the value for money seems fair for the unique service, but a little more attention to detail in packaging could make it even better. I appreciate having something to look forward to in the mailbox.

are the letters actually like... real letters, or just printouts that look old? kinda hoping for that authentic feel.

Totally real-deal letters. The stationery is gorgeous, not just some cheap copy. It adds a lot to the whole experience.

Oh, they're super authentic! Printed on really nice vintage-style paper, and the envelopes are cool too. Definitely feels like a real letter from another time.

hey, was wondering how often these letters actually show up? like, is it once a month, or more frequent?

C Cleo Silva 2 months ago
They come twice a month! So you get a story installment every couple of weeks. It's pretty cool.

Can you actually cancel this thing easily? Or is it a huge hassle to get out of?

T Tara Nguyen 2 months ago
Super easy to cancel. I paused mine for a bit and it was just a few clicks in my account settings. No drama.

Yeah, I had to cancel once when I moved and it was straightforward. No phone calls or anything, just online.

my address is kinda weird, what if a letter gets lost? do they resend it or am i just out of luck for that part of the story?

R Raj Beaumont 2 months ago
I had one letter go missing once, and they totally resent it. Just contact their support.

They're pretty good about lost mail. I think their policy is they'll send a replacement if it doesn't show up. It's rare though.

how does this compare to, say, Mail Order Mystery? Like is it similar or totally different vibe?

N Neil Ito 2 months ago
It's different. Mail Order Mystery is more like a whole puzzle you solve with clues. This is purely serialized fiction, like a book arriving in pieces, not really an interactive mystery to solve.

Forever Post is more about the story unfolding over time. Mail Order Mystery is cool too, but that's more about figuring out a case, if that makes sense.
